The Viski Liquor Aging Kit lets you put a bottle on oak at home. Two charred oak sticks slot into a silicone holder in the stopper-pourer, so the oak hangs in the spirit instead of sinking to the bottom, and lifts out cleanly when you are ready to pour.
Viski says you can taste a difference after a week or two. The fun part is the side-by-side: pour the same whiskey aged and un-aged and see what the oak did.
